Ah, I see. The timer for "Change speeds every..." starts when the affected torrents do, even though nothing would impede it from randomizing when a torrent is started and then every 'x' minutes, so you need to provide initial values. The other two options do work the way you want, though.

When adding multiple torrents at the same time, their initial speeds will be random within the bounds you set. That could be a workaround for you. Either that or set the timer low so that it kicks in shortly after starting, and then regularly within a tight margin (keep in mind trackers see average speeds, not momentary ones).

Hi, Sorry if this has already been asked, but I am having trouble searching on forums. Can I use this on a Mac? Also, is there a guide I can read on how to install it?

I successfully installed it via Wine, but some trackers show the error 'Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes.' Since I'm on a Mac, I can't seem to install the fix for it.

What did you use for dotnet20 / gdi+, winetricks ? Are you using Whisky ? I don't know what I'm talking about but since those are runtime requirements you shouldn't have problems. Also you should be able to run the fix inside the bottle, it's not like you lose the state. It's stored in your mac os home folder.

Please bear with me as I'm new to this. I installed Wine via Homebrew using the command "brew install --cask wine-stable", then ran "winetricks dotnet20sp2". It didn't work, so I tried installing dotnet35sp1 and dotnet40.

I tried to open mRatio again using the commands "cd ~/Downloads/mr541" and "wine mRatio.exe". This time, it worked.

Now, I'm trying to install the fixer, but I can't figure out which commands to use. Currently, the bug only happens on one private tracker.

Wine has these sort of isolated environments called wineprefixes. The more popular name for them is bottles. Whisky is a wrapper around wine and wine bottles.
    Code:
    brew install --cask whisky
If you're raw dogging wine and winetricks like this you're just going to eventually polute the default wineprefix. I suggest trying to start from Windows XP based bottle / wineprefix and then go from there since it's easier from my point of view due to the fact that you don't actually need to start a service.

I can't seem to run mRatio with Whisky, whether using XP or Windows 7.

I tried running winetricks dotnet20sp2, then immediately ran wine ~/Downloads/mr541/mRatio.exe, and it worked again.

My only problem now is that I can't install the Fixer.

ALSO, is it normal to see "No incoming connection received"? My seeds are reflected, though. When opening qBittorrent 3.2.0, it also shows that there are no direct connections. I tried downloading a public torrent, and it downloaded, but when seeding, it immediately says "Completed" and there are no directions again.

It is if you don't forward your ports and become connectable, which you really should... that's beyond the scope of getting mRatio to work, but there's a good guide to assist with it on this very forum.

I am currently experiencing an issue where, after downloading in qBittorrent 3.2.0, my torrents won't seed and automatically show as "Completed." I tried clicking resume or enabling super seeding, but it still goes back to completed. Anyone experiencing this?

Is there also an option to use a version of Qbittorent higher than 3.2.0 (highest version i see in mRatio)?

You should configure the queuing settings so that they don't, but that's also unrelated to mRatio...

Check the first post and the readme files bundled with the program

Yes I also checked the queuing settings. I thought mRatio has an affect to the client since this is the only time I experienced it. Maybe I'll try a different version... Thanks!
