milkie is sister site of ncore private torrent tracker, but has less content.
ncore is popular in 0day p0rn, milkie has also good in 0day new p0rn, but old content is dead or very less than ncore. ilkie is good if you want to download newly p0rn.

I like milkie, but I feel like they should prune dead torrents and maybe have it become something more than a arr* 0-day source.

The consensus is that Milkie is good if you want to get new stuff from something slightly more sophisticated than a public tracker.

I don't think the admins have any ambitions with the tracker currently, it's been in this exact state for multiple years (the invite code is from 2022!). I don't understand the goal of this tracker which feels weird to me but meh
